【崗位職責】
【Job Responsibilities】
1、負責中餐菜品的烹飪制作,確保出品質量穩定、口味正宗;
Be responsible for the cooking and preparation of Chinese dishes to ensure stable quality and authentic taste of the products.
2、根據菜單要求準備食材,合理控制食材成本,減少浪費;
Prepare ingredients according to the menu requirements, reasonably control the cost of ingredients, and reduce waste.
3、保持廚房工作區域整潔衛生,嚴格執行食品安全標準;
Keep the kitchen working area clean and hygienic, and strictly implement food safety standards;
4、協助研發新菜品,定期更新菜單以提升顧客滿意度;
Assist in the development of new dishes and regularly update the menu to enhance customer satisfaction;
5、維護和保養廚房設備,確保設備正常運轉,配合團隊完成每日餐品供應任務,適應高峰時段工作強度。
Maintain and service kitchen equipment to ensure its normal operation, cooperate with the team to complete the daily meal supply tasks, and adapt to the work intensity during peak hours.

1、具備扎實的中餐烹飪基本功,熟悉各類中式烹飪技法;
Possess solid basic skills in Chinese cuisine cooking and be familiar with various Chinese cooking techniques.
2、了解食材特性,能夠合理搭配食材并控制火候;
Understand the characteristics of ingredients, be able to reasonably combine ingredients and control the heat.
3、有團隊合作精神,能適應廚房快節奏工作環境;
Have a team spirit and be able to adapt to the fast-paced working environment in the kitchen.
4、持有健康證,嚴格遵守食品安全操作規范;
Hold a health certificate and strictly abide by food safety operation norms;
5、有創新意識,愿意學習新菜品和烹飪技術;
Have an innovative consciousness and be willing to learn new dishes and cooking techniques;
6、能接受排班制工作,包括周末和節假日。
Be able to accept shift work, including weekends and holidays.
